PTTR’s Community Partner, SCHOOL FUEL, The Novato Foundation for Public Education mission is to enrich and support all of the fifteen Novato public schools. When budget cuts happen … locally-controlled funding raised by SCHOOL FUEL is vitally important.

For the last five years, SCHOOL FUEL has been able to direct donations to valuable classes that otherwise would have been out of reach to local students. These have included elementary music, middle and high school art and drama, middle school algebra, physical education, along with curriculum materials and teacher training for an award-winning new science program.

This year, SCHOOL FUEL is very proud to showcase the incredible talent of our local students at the Paint The Town Red celebration on January 24, 2009. The auction works of art have been created by former and current Novato students. These students are working right now to finish these incredible pieces of art that will help raise funds for Novato schools. The PTTR team and SCHOOL FUEL appreciate their support and applaud their Community Spirit!
